Beowulf Prologue-Chapter X Notes

• Beowulf was a poetic story made in year 1000 b.d. It was in Old English which was like Russian and Latin. Beowulf can't be described as a fact or fiction story because of the way they added creatures more or less human and people with a lot of grim tragedies and comedy. The story isn't anachronistic due to the audience which were Christian Germanic people.The grammar is expressed by infliction, they are affixes in the root of the word which can stand as pronouns. The translation of the language isn't the the neatest but it suits great for readers to understand.
